My Maker Hands reserves the right to photograph and share images of completed pieces for portfolio or promotional purposes (for example, on our website or social media).

If you prefer your custom piece not to be published, please notify us before the project begins, and we will ensure it remains private and unpublished.

Intellectual Property

All figures, designs, and photographs created by My Maker Hands are the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing any of our work without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

My Maker Hands protects all creations under U.S. intellectual property laws.

Use of Trademarked or Copyrighted Characters

Some clients may request figures inspired by well-known characters, logos, or brands (for example, from movies, series, or video games).

My Maker Hands is not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by any brand or company whose characters may appear in custom orders.
Any such figure is created solely as an artistic handmade interpretation and is not an official licensed product.

Clients understand that:

• The intellectual property of those characters belongs entirely to their respective owners.
• My Maker Hands makes no ownership claims and does not profit from the use of registered trademarks.
• Our work is created for artistic and personal purposes only, with respect to copyright and trademark laws.

If any brand or rights holder requests the removal of a related image or content, we will comply immediately.
