My Maker Hands is a small artisan studio dedicated to creating handmade anime and custom figures crafted from air-dry porcelain clay and painted with acrylics.
Each figure is individually sculpted, painted, and finished by hand. Because every piece is made from scratch, slight variations from reference images may occur — this is part of the handmade artistic process and makes each figure unique.

2. Payments

  • All payments are processed exclusively through PayPal for your safety.
  • You can choose between two payment methods:
    1. 100% upfront payment before starting the project.
    2. 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before shipment (including shipping cost).
  • Production will not begin until the first payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are discussed and agreed upon before any work starts, and no additional charges will be applied unless design changes are requested during production.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring their PayPal payment is correctly processed.

3. Production Time

  • The average production time is about 2 months, depending on size, complexity, and level of detail.
  • Each piece is made by hand, so production time can vary slightly depending on our order volume and project complexity.
  • You will receive progress updates during the process so you can follow your project’s creation.
  • Once the figure is finished and the full payment is received, it will be prepared and shipped.

4. Shipping

  • We ship internationally through FedEx or UPS.
  • Average delivery time is 4–7 business days, but customs inspection may cause delays.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.
  • The shipping cost averages $55 USD, but may vary based on location, package size, and weight.
  • Import taxes, customs duties, or fees are not included in the product or shipping cost — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • My Maker Hands is not responsible for shipping delays, customs retention, or damage caused by courier services or customs authorities.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All figures are custom-made, so we do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun.
Refunds may be offered only under these conditions:

  • 100% refund if the project has not started.
  • 50% refund if the project is in an early stage.
  • No refund if the figure is already advanced or completed.

If the figure arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately through Instagram or X (Twitter).
My Maker Hands is not responsible for damage caused by shipping companies or customs, but we will review each case individually to find a fair solution.

6. Design Changes

Once production begins, major design changes are not allowed.
Minor adjustments may be accepted, but they may extend delivery time or increase the final cost depending on the request.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only the necessary data to process your order and shipment (name, address, and contact info).
This data is never sold or shared with third parties except for shipping companies that need it to deliver your order.
Your information is kept confidential and secure at all times.

8. Use of Images

My Maker Hands reserves the right to photograph and share finished pieces for portfolio or promotional purposes on our social media or website.
If you prefer your figure not to be published, please notify us before the project begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All figures, designs, and photographs created by My Maker Hands are exclusive intellectual property of the company.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing any of our creations without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Figures inspired by trademarked characters or franchises are artistic interpretations and are not official merchandise.
We respect all copyrights and trademarks.
If a brand representative believes a figure infringes on their rights, they may contact us, and we will address the matter promptly and respectfully.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Any dispute or legal action arising from a transaction with My Maker Hands will be resolved under Colombian jurisdiction.
