We believe in transparency — here’s exactly how our production times, shipping process, and costs work.
Production Time
Each figure is custom-made from scratch based on your design and preferences.
The average production time is about 2 months, depending on the level of detail, size, pose, and accessories.
During production, we’ll send you progress photos so you can review every stage.
Once the final design is approved and payment is complete, your figure will be prepared for shipping.
Shipping Method and Cost
We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
The average shipping cost is $55 USD, but it may vary depending on the destination, package weight, or shipping season.
Please note that import taxes, customs fees, or duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging and Responsibility
Every figure is securely packed to ensure it arrives safely.
However, My Maker Hands is not responsible for:
- Customs delays or inspections,
- Damage or loss caused by the shipping company,
- Additional fees imposed by local authorities.
